The Opportunity

We are hiring an Account Executive to help expand our agency and emerging advertiser footprint.

This role is designed for a sales professional with 5-7 years of experience who wants to:

  • Sell premium programmatic media

  • Established or quick to develop real relationships with agency buyers

  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline

  • Learn how innovative inventory is positioned and sold

  • Grow into a senior sales role

You will own smaller and mid-tier opportunities while collaborating with senior sales leaders on qualified leads and deal development.

What You’ll Do

Pipeline Development & Prospecting

  • Identify and engage agency planners, media buyers, and SMB advertisers

  • Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone

  • Book discovery meetings and qualify opportunities

  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Sell WiConnect inventory directly to ad agencies and brand-direct clients. Closing sponsorships, CPE (Cost Per Engagement), video, CPM, Live TV, Preroll, and programmatic PMP deals

  • Introduce buyers to live audience activation

  • Support PMP conversations and entry-level programmatic deals

  • Manage smaller accounts from first call to signed IO

Agency & Senior Sales Support

  • Research target accounts and build strategic outreach lists

  • Qualify inbound opportunities before escalation

  • Assist in RFP responses and proposal development

  • Support packaging WiConnect inventory into broader media plans

Education & Market Positioning

  • Help agencies understand:

    • LIVE audiences vs. modeled segments

    • Omnichannel retargeting strategies

    • Transparent supply paths

    • Measurement frameworks

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent meeting generation

  • Growing pipeline contribution

  • Closed-won SMB and mid-tier deals

  • Strong collaboration with senior sales

  • Increasing fluency in programmatic execution and buyer workflows

What We’re Looking For

  • 5-7 years experience in digital media, adtech, SDR, or agency-side roles

  • Strong communication and consultative selling instincts

  • Comfort with outbound prospecting

  • Interest in programmatic, PMP structures, and cross-channel activation

  • Coachable, organized, and motivated by growth
